The location in Kalwar is developing and Satyam Township DevelopePvt Ltd has a decent reputation. It is ready to move in, so they can shift soon. I hope they enjoy their new home. The only thing is that the road leading to the project can get dusty during dry weather, but that's common in many developing areas around Jaipur. Overall, I think it's a good place for them to settle down. The proximity to the school and hospital was the main deciding factor for me.
