The main reason we chose this project by Satya DevelopePvt. Ltd. Was its ready-to-move status. The price was manageable for our government salary bracket, around 1.7 Cr. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good for recreational activities. However, the dust from the ongoing construction in nearby areas can be a bit annoying sometimes. Also, the distance to Delhi Public School, nearby, is a bit further than ideal, but manageable.
