We bought a 3 BHK here, around 1330 Sq.ft. Satwi Vielle is in Kalkere, Horamavu and it was completed back in 2013, which is quite old but the project still looks well-maintained. We needed more space than our rental and this offered good configurations. The landscaping and tree planting gives it a nice green feel. The indoor games and multipurpose room are good additions for the family. The price point of around 70.5 L to 1.01 Cr for these apartments felt reasonable given the space. The only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning, but the builder Satwi Infra seems established.

We liked the Satwi Vielle project mainly because it's ready to move. We saw a 1175 Sq.ft 2 BHK which felt quite spacious for us. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium were a big draw. It's located in Kalkere, Horamavu, which is developing well. The only downside is the traffic on Horamavu Main Road during peak houcan be quite bad, but we expected that living in Bangalore. The price range was also within our budget, starting from around 70.5 Lakhs for the smaller units. We felt it was a good balance of location, amenities, and price for a fit home.

I decided to invest in a 2 BHK apartment at Satwi Vielle in Kalkere, Horamavu. The project was completed in 2013 and is ready to move in, which is good for rental purposes. The area has seen some development over the yeaI appreciated the inclusion of a gymnasium and a club house, which are useful amenities. The apartment size for the 2 BHK is between 1175 to 1300 Sq.ft, which is decent. My main concern is the road leading to the project, it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. Also, the OC received status is not available, which raises a slight question mark. However, the price range of 70.5 Lakhs to 1.01 Crore seems competitive for the Bangalore market.

The project being ready to move was a major factor for me. The amenities are quite good – they have a cricket pitch, swimming pool, and a gym. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential services that are functioning well. The price was on the higher side, touching 1 Crore for some configurations, but the overall quality and the proximity to KR Puram Metro Station (3.71 kms) make it a solid choice. The security systems are also quite robust. It’s a peaceful environment.

I was looking for a compact and convenient apartment, and Satwi Vielle seemed like a good option. I checked out the 2.5 BHK configuration, though the super builtup area listed as 9210000 Sq.ft for that is very strange, maybe a typo? The project is ready to move which was ideal. The security features like 24x7 security and video door security gave me peace of mind. It's also Vastu compliant. The price for a 2 BHK was around 70.5 L to 1.01 Cr which felt a bit high for the size, but the location near Chaitanya school (a short distance) and Hamilton Bailey hospital (2 km) is very practical for daily life. It’s a decent place for a single peon.
