It is ready to move in, which was a major convenience for us as we couldn't manage a long wait from abroad. The location in Nikol, Naroda is quite accessible to the Sardar Patel Ring Road. My parents liked the idea of a Senior Citizen Siteout and the Gymnasium. The price was around 95 Lakhs, which seemed fair for the size and amenities. The developer Satva Galaxy Group seems to have provided good facilities for older residents. The 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance are also reassuring.

The project offeamenities like Internet/Wi-Fi and a Gymnasium, which are essential. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas can be a bit botheome at times. The earthquake-resistant structure is a significant safety feature. Overall, a solid property, but the external environment needs improvement.
