We chose Sattva Gardenia mainly because of its proximity to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, which is only a 2-minute drive. This makes the morning school run so much easier for us. The 2 BHK apartment we looked at has a built-up area of 1050 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for our small family. The landscaping is also well-maintained, and there's a dedicated kid's pool which my daughter loves. The price range is also quite reasonable for Durgapur, fitting within our budget of around 55 Lakhs. The construction seems solid. We are happy with the decision so far.
