I really liked the location in Kalighat, very close to Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro Station, nearby. It makes commuting so easy. The Swastic Group seems to have a good reputation. The price point of 90.39 Lakh for the 1 BHK was within my budget. Construction is ongoing, expected completion is February 2029. They have basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which is important. The only small worry is the traffic on SR Das Road during peak hou, but it's manageable.
