    We chose Satish Libero primarily for its location and the facilities for our children. Situated in Warje, Premnagar, it's literally close to Aaryans World School Warje, and Mai Mangeshwar Hospital is also right next door. This makes school runs and medical emergencies much easier to handle. We bought a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of about 640 Sq.ft. The price was reasonable, around 51.84 Lakh. The project by Satish Bora & Associates offea skating rink and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. There's also a dedicated kids' play area, though it's not explicitly listed, the overall vibe suggests family-friendliness. The only minor issue is that the OC has not been received yet, which makes us a bit hesitant, but we are hopeful it will be sorted soon. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for us.
