    My partner and I work in IT and were looking for a place that offered convenience and potential for growth. Sathyan Nagar in Puducherry appealed to us because it's a plot development, allowing us to build exactly what we want later. The location in Lawspet is decent, and it's great that the hospital and a good school are literally nearby. While K Sathyan And Jalaludin are the develope, we haven't seen many amenities listed for the plot development itself, which is expected. We are looking at it as a future investment. The main downside is the distance to the PRTC Depot Bus Stop, which is over nearby, making public transport a bit inconvenient if we don't have our car.
