We chose Sathiya Villa Meera because it's very close to Narayana e-Techno School in Puzhal, practically 0 kilometeaway, which is a huge relief for school drop-offs and pick-ups. We got a 3 BHK Villa, and the 2100 square feet super builtup area provides ample space for our two children and us. It's a ready-to-move property, so we can shift soon. The price starting from 1.45 Crore was manageable with our home loan. Car parking is included, which is convenient. The only downside is the Shanmugapuram Bus Stop is quite far, about 3.2 kilomete, so public transport might be a challenge if needed for daily commute outside our vehicle.
