Satguru Buildedelivered this project in March 2023, and it's ready to move in, which was a key factor for me as I wanted to rent it out quickly. The location on Golf Coue Road is definitely a plus for future appreciation, though traffic can be a bit much during peak houheading towards Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road. The price was in the 4.0 Cr to 6.0 Cr range, which I felt was competitive for this specific area given the builder floor setup. I'm hoping for good rental yields.
