I bought a 4 BHK builder floor with a carpet area of about 2600 square feet. It felt spacious and well-designed. The price was around 4.5 crore. Having amenities like internal roads, footpaths, and a gated community made me feel secure. The builder, Satguru Builde, seems reliable. The only thing is that the nearby metro station is nearby, which might be a slight inconvenience for daily commutes if not driving.
