We bought a 3 BHK here, the plot area is 261 square yards which feels quite spacious for our family. The location near Vaishno Devi Circle is excellent, right on SG Highway, making commutes easy. Construction is ongoing but the toweare quite tall, 22 storeys, which is impressive. I'm hoping the finishing quality matches the initial promise. The price point was a bit higher than some other projects nearby, around 1.5 crore for our unit, but the amenities like the gym and mini theatre were a draw.
