    I am purchasing a flat in SAS Honey Dew for my parents. They are settled in Ramamurthy Nagar and wanted a comfortable home. I looked at the 2 BHK configuration, around 1000 sq.ft. It is ready to move, so they can shift in immediately. The built-up area for 2 BHKs is between 780 and 1250 sq.ft. The price point is within our budget, around 40 Lakhs. The development by SAS Developehas a good number of facilities, including a gymnasium and 24x7 water supply. The location is convenient for them.

The price point is manageable, around 55 Lakhs for a decent size. I liked the idea of the fire sprinkleand fire fighting system for safety. The Sathya Sai Hospital is nearby, which is reasonable. However, the construction dust from nearby sites is noticeable.
