I purchased a residential plot in Sarvagna M N D Avenue in Medchal. The pricing seemed competitive for the region, with plots ranging from 150 to 300 Sq.yd. The low end started at 52.5 Lakhs. The developer, Sarvagna Projects, is promoting it as a rapidly developing area with good connectivity to NH-44 and ORR. My main concern is that since it is a developing locality, the traffic on the smaller lanes leading to the site can be a bit heavy during peak hou, especially near Medchal town. However, the clear title and legal compliance offered are reassuring for an investment.

Moving to Hyderabad for work, I needed a place close to the hospital. Medinova Super Speciality Hospital is very near Medchal, and Sarvagna M N D Avenue is also in that vicinity. This HMDA approved layout offeplots from 150 Sq.yd. To 300 Sq.yd. I purchased a 250 Sq.yd. Plot for around 87 Lakhs. The excellent connectivity via NH-44 and ORR is a huge plus for my commute. Although the project is ready to move, I will be building my house over the next year. The area feels safe with 24x7 security mentioned. I just hope the internal roads are well-maintained once construction starts everywhere.
