The 660 Sq.ft configuration is quite popular for small families here. I visited the site last week and the pace of work is good. It is scheduled for delivery in December 2029, which gives me enough time to manage my finances. While the entry road to the site is a bit narrow, I expect that will be widened as more people start living in this neighborhood. A solid choice for long term gains.

The construction is still under way with completion expected in December 2029, so I am hoping they stick to that timeline. The community hall and swimming pool look promising in the brochures. It will be nice to have a flower garden to relax in after long hospital shifts. Traffic around the main road can be a bit heavy during peak houthough.

My search for a decent apartment ended at Sarthak in Chala. Tulsi Siddhii is building these units with basic amenities like a lift and 24x7 water supply which is essential for any family. We booked a 2 BHK unit which measures around 884 Sq.ft in built up area. The location is very convenient for me as it is close to the Vapi Bus Stop. My children go to St. Francis' Secondary & Higher Secondary School which is barely nearby, so that saves a lot of travel time every morning. The project is currently under construction and the progress looks steady whenever I visit the site. My only minor concern is the dust from the construction work currently, but that is expected until possession date.
