    I purchased a 2 BHK in Saroj Paradise a few months ago. The built-up area is around 1345 sq.ft, which felt spacious enough for the price of 43.18 Lakh. Being ready to move was a big plus for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Thanisandra, North Bangalore, is developing well, and I expect good rental returns. The amenities like 24x7 security and jogging track are standard but adequate. My main concern is the connectivity to the main IT hubs; it can get a bit congested during peak houHowever, for an investment property, the overall value seems decent, and Saroj Developehave a track record of finishing projects, although this one was completed back in 2013. I am hoping the area continues to grow.

Also, the shopping mall amenity is a bit small, more like a convenience store than a mall. But the apartment itself is comfortable.

The location in Thanisandra is quite good; it’s close to Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, which is nearby, perfect for our daily commute. We were looking for a comfortable space after yeaof renting, and the apartment layout seems practical. The jogging track is a nice touch for our morning walks. However, the OC status is not available, which is a bit concerning, and the developer, Saroj Develope, completed this project a while back in 2013. We hope this doesn't cause any future issues.
