The Vastu compliant design was important to me, and the 3 BHK apartment at 1760 sq.ft offeplenty of space. Having a gymnasium within the premises is convenient for staying active. The 24x7 security provides a sense of safety. The price for my unit was around 80 Lakhs. The ready-to-move aspect was key, as I didn't want to wait for construction. However, the access road leading to the project can be a bit congested during peak hou, which is a minor drawback. Overall, the amenities provided like the paved compound and RO water system are practical for daily living.

KIMS Hospitals Kondapur is also right next door, giving us peace of mind. We got a 3 BHK which is around 1480 sq.ft and feels spacious enough for our family. The children's play area is a nice touch and they use it every evening. The price point was within our budget, around 60 Lakhs, which we felt was reasonable for the area and the ready-to-move status. Parking can be a little tight sometimes if we have visito, but generally manageable. The 24x7 water supply has been consistent so far.
