We picked a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1695 square feet. The price was around 1.02 Crore, which was a stretch but manageable with our combined income. The location in North Hyderabad, Kondapur, is decent. We like the mini theatre and the gymnasium facilities. The nearby Arbor International School (2.7 km) is also a plus for families. One minor issue we've noticed is that the construction dust from nearby sites can sometimes be a nuisance, especially during windy days. Overall, it's a good upgrade for us.
