I purchased a plot in Sare Regal for my parents who live in Chennai. They wanted something closer to the city but also peaceful. This location in Singaperumalkoil seemed like a good balance. The plot sizes are around 1000 square feet, which is a decent size to build a small independent house on. SARE Homes has delivered this project as ready to move, which was completed in September 2019. The amenities like the sewage treatment plant and waste management are practical. My parents visited the site and liked the environment. The proximity to Brindavan Public School, being nearby, is a big plus for any families living nearby. Hopefully, they will be comfortable here.

The location in Singaperumalkoil, Kolathur is decent; it’s a bit away from the main city buzz which we prefer. SARE Homes completed this project back in September 2019. The amenities like the sewage treatment plant are a good addition. Brindavan Public School is right at nearby, which is excellent for families. The only downside is that during peak hou, the traffic can get a bit slow on the internal roads leading to the project. Otherwise, it’s a peaceful place to live.
