We finally decided to upgrade from our rented place to a 4 BHK at Sare Altura. The 2280 sq.ft super builtup area gives us the room we need. Being ready to move was a huge plus. The price of 2.73 Crore was at the top of our budget, but the amenities like the gymnasium, cricket pitch, and volleyball court made it seem like a good long-term investment in our lifestyle. The developer, SARE Homes, delivered this project back in March 2013. Proximity to Ghari Hasaru railway station, nearby, is also convenient for occasional travel. The VRV air conditioning is a nice feature for comfort.
