The 4 BHK villas are quite large, with built-up areas up to 2424 sq.ft, giving us plenty of room. Sunshine Worldwide School being nearby is a dream come true for us, eliminating commute worries for the kids. The price of 1.1 Crore for a villa of this size is undetandable. The solar water heating is a good feature for a family. My only concern is the traffic near Karmali Railway Station during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Otherwise, it's a good neighbourhood.
