We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. Saravanan nagar seemed like a good option in Thuraiyur. The immediate availability was a huge plus for us. We liked that Sowdambika Matriculation School is just zero kilometeaway, as we plan to have children soon. Annai Hospital being so close is also reassuring. The developer Saravanan builds decent homes. The apartment has enough space for our growing family. We did find the parking area a bit congested, especially if multiple residents have larger vehicles. This is something Saravanan might need to address. But for the price and the location benefits, especially the schools and hospitals being so close, we are quite content with our purchase. It feels good to finally own a home.

Moving to Tiruchirappalli for work and needed something quickly. Saravanan nagar was ready to move, which was perfect. The location in Thuraiyur is close enough to essentials. Having Annai Hospital and Sowdambika Matriculation School practically next door is a big relief. My office is a bit of a commute, about 30 minutes by bus from Paalakkarai Bus Stop. The apartment itself is a decent size, enough for one peon. What I don't like much is the traffic noise during the day from the nearby main road, it can be a bit much sometimes when I am working from home. Still, for the convenience of immediate move-in and the essential amenities nearby, it's acceptable. Saravanan seems like a reliable developer.

We were looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement and Saravanan nagar caught our eye. Being ready to move was a major factor as we did not want to wait. It's good that Annai Hospital is right there, very convenient for us. The developer Saravanan has delivered a solid construction. We have found the neighbourhood in Thuraiyur to be quite calm. The apartment layout is comfortable for two people. We did have a small issue with the water pressure on the third floor during peak hou, but the management is looking into it. It’s also nice that Sowdambika Matriculation School is so close, though we don't have children anymore. We are happy with the decision to buy here.
