I looked at the 3 BHK villas, which are around 81 to 97 square meteIt feels like a good size for two people. They are planning to finish construction by June 2027, which gives them plenty of time to prepare. I did notice the address is on a new TP Road, so I hope connectivity improves further. The developer, Sarathi Buildcon, seems to be building a decent community with things like a children's play area and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives me some peace of mind.
