D Goenka Public School was a priority, and it's just a minute away, making school runs very easy. The hospital is also right next door. The project is ready to move, which meant we could shift immediately after purchase. The pricing was in the 25-28 Lakh range for our unit. The developer, Saraswati Construction, has completed the project as per schedule. We are happy with the general upkeep and the 24/7 water supply.
