The price range is around 79.44 Lakh to 81.56 Lakh. Aaditya Group is the developer, and we are looking forward to the completion by December 2028. One thing that concerns me a little is the traffic on Bopal Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the availability of 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provides some peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting also sounds very appealing.
