The main reason for choosing this project by Swaraj Homes Buildewas that it is ready to move, which means my parents can shift in immediately without any hassle. The location in Ashok Nagar, specifically P & T Colony, is well-connected. It's close to St. Paul's High School, which is a landmark, and also near the RTC X Roads Metro Station at nearby. I am looking at a 3 BHK for them. While the developer has a decent track record, I did notice the immediate neighbourhood can be a bit noisy during certain houdue to the main road nearby. However, the overall convenience and the ready-to-move nature of the property make it a suitable choice for elderly parents. The connectivity is also a major advantage.
