The price point of 85.28 Lakh for this size in Bangalore East seemed reasonable given the rental demand in Munnekollal. While the project was completed in January 2011, it's ready to move, which is good. The amenities like the community hall and gymnasium are standard. My main concern is the lack of readily available OC details, which can sometimes affect resale value or future loan processes. However, the general upkeep seems okay, and the location is developing.

I booked a 3 BHK, around 1510 square feet, which feels spacious enough for me and my parents. They have a gym and a swimming pool, which are nice additions. The construction looks solid, and it's ready to move in, which was a big factor for my relocation. The only small thing is traffic can get a bit heavy around Marathahalli, but that's expected in this part of the city. Overall, a decent choice for a doctor starting fresh here.
