We are looking at a 1350 Sq.ft plot, priced at 12.74 Lakh onwards. Sri Sai Venkateswara has provided essential amenities like a children's play area and a cycling and jogging track, which my kids will enjoy. The Vastu compliant nature of the plots was also a plus point for us. The property is ready to move, having been completed in June 2013. The main drawback we observed is the traffic congestion in the Pocharam area, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. Despite that, the location is very convenient for daily needs.
