We moved into Saradeuz Paradise a few months ago and it's been pretty good. The 825 sq.ft 2 BHK is spacious enough for us, and we love the landscaping around the complex. It feels quite green and peaceful. The location in Siruseri is convenient for my office, takes about 30 minutes commute. Daily needs are covered as Karanai Bus Stop is just a short drive away. The video door security is a nice touch for safety. Sometimes the internet can be a bit spotty, but that's common in this area. Overall, it's a decent place to live for young professionals. Maintenance staff seem efficient, they fixed a small plumbing issue quickly.

The project offedecent built-up areas, like our 825 sq.ft flat, which is appealing to tenants. Proximity to educational institutions and the growing IT corridor nearby are strong selling points. However, I must mention that the road access leading to the project could be improved; it’s a bit narrow and can get congested during peak houDespite this, the consistent demand in the Chennai South region makes it a reasonable investment.

The 2 BHK layout is practical, with built-up areas ranging from 825 to 933 sq.ft, which is a comfortable size for us. The price point was within our budget, around 35 Lakhs for our unit. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice, calm atmosphere. One thing we noticed is that the indoor games room could be a bit bigger. Also, accessing the Society Main Road involves a short stretch that can get dusty during dry weather. However, the availability of maintenance staff and rainwater harvesting are definite pluses.
