Finally moving out of our rental! We chose Saradeuz Haven for our fit own home. The 3 BHK apartments offer a built-up area between 1064 Sq.ft and 1258 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space to grow. We got one for 40.5 L. The project is ready to move, which was a huge advantage for us. Having Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital Karapakkam a short distance provides peace of mind. The Vastu compliant design was also important for us. The only thing is the carpet area feels a bit smaller than the built-up area suggests, but overall it’s a good upgrade. The price is reasonable for the size.

It is ready to move in, so that’s great. The video door security and 24X7 water supply are good basic features. The location in Perumbakkam is developing, with a school and hospital nearby, which is convenient. My main concern is the approach road; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which might be difficult for larger vehicles or during heavy rain. Parking also seems a bit tight.
