Being ready to move in was a big factor for us, as we didn't want to wait. It is quite convenient that Podar International School and Medicover Hospitals are literally nearby, meaning zero travel time for emergencies or school runs. The connectivity to Beed Bypass is also manageable, nearby. However, the roads around the project can get quite busy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for daily commutes. Overall, it meets our basic needs.
