Having the children's play area is nice, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the general vibe of the community. The location is quite convenient, especially being near the Nagpur – Aurangabad – Mumbai Highway. Getting around is easy. The building has lifts which is a must for me. Security with 24x7 CCTV surveillance is also a big plus. It feels safe here. The landscaping looks well-maintained, which is a pleasant sight when you come home.
