The price of 18.0 Lakhs was acceptable for us. It's good that the building has a lift, as navigating staican be difficult. The 24x7 security also provides a sense of safety. The proximity to KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals is a major plus given our age. However, the area can get quite noisy due to traffic on the main road, which is a bit of a concern. Also, the lack of OC received is something we noted. Still, it's a convenient location.
