The project being ready to move in January 2018 was a big plus, avoiding the rental hassles. Saptagiri Developehas included standard amenities such as Street Lighting and Open Parking. The Nanded-Waghala location is reasonably accessible. However, I find the access road to the main Vazirabad road a bit narrow and congested during peak hou, which can make coming and going a little stressful sometimes. We are hoping traffic improves over time. The general construction quality looks solid.
