The location in Ashok Nagar, C Scheme, near Malviya Marg and close to NH-8, seemed promising for future value appreciation. It's very near SR Kalla Hospital, which is a big plus for emergencies. The project is ready to move in, completed in 2020 by Reputed Builder. I liked that it is a residential apartment complex in an established area. The Sindhi Camp Metro Station is also reasonably close at nearby. I am still getting used to the layout of my apartment, but it seems practical enough. The surrounding area can get a bit dusty sometimes due to the highway proximity.
