It’s close to the hospital and also very close to Nashik Road Railway Station, making travel easy. I bought a 1 BHK flat around 301 sq.ft carpet area. The cost was approximately 12.64 Lakh. Sapale Agashe Associates built this project and it was ready for possession since December 2015. The amenities are decent, including 24x7 water supply and landscaping. However, the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning for future dealings. Also, the surrounding area can get quite dusty sometimes due to ongoing development nearby.
