    After looking at several options in Durgapur, we finally decided on Sanvi Sulocana Apartment. The 824 square foot 2 BHK we chose has a great layout, and the natural light is excellent. Being a gated community with lifts and security adds to the appeal. It is ready to move in, which suits our urgent need. My husband likes that it's close to Jawaharlal Nehru road for his commute. We are a bit concerned about the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak hou, as it is close to the Grand Trunk Road. However, the zero brokerage aspect was a big plus for us. Overall, Sanvi Realtohas delivered a decent product.
