Having STEM SCHOOL nearby is the main reason we chose this spot for our family. The developer, Hanumantha Rao E, seems to be focusing on essentials like water supply and power backup which is what we need. We visited the site at Santosh Nagar Colony and noticed that while the construction is active, the area can get a bit dusty right now because of the ongoing work in the neighborhood. We are fine with it since it is a temporary issue. The location near the Nagarjuna Sagar Road is very convenient for us. We are happy with the progress and hope the quality remains consistent until the handover in November 2026.
