We chose Santhi Lotus because of its proximity to schools. Rajagiri Jeevass CMI Central School is just a short nearby walk, which is fantastic for my kids. The 3 BHK flats are a decent size at 1700 square feet, giving everyone their own space. Being ready to move in from January 2012 was a big plus, though it's an older property now. The river front location is quite pleasant. However, the OC not being available is a bit of a concern for us, though the builder Santhi Homes assures us it is being processed. The price point of 71.4 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the size and location.

As a single woman working in Kochi, I needed a place that was safe and well-connected. Santhi Lotus in Aluva offethat. The apartment is 1700 square feet for a 3 BHK, which is more than enough for me. The location on the Periyar River front is lovely and calming after a long day. I can easily get to the Aluva Metro Station, which is nearby, making my daily commute easier. The swimming pool is a great amenity to have for weekend relaxation. Santhi Homes has maintained the property reasonably well since its completion in January 2012. The price of 71.4 Lakh onwards was acceptable.

I purchased this flat in Santhi Lotus for my parents who are living in Kochi. They wanted something comfortable and close to amenities. The location in Aluva, right on the Periyar River front, is beautiful and serene, which they appreciate. It is also very close to Rajagiri Jeevass CMI Central School, which is nearby, making it convenient if they need to visit any local schools. The 3 BHK configuration with 1700 square feet built-up area is ample for them. They have started staying there and seem quite happy with the space and the general atmosphere. Santhi Homes delivered the property as promised.
