We finally bought our own place after yeaof renting. Santha Homes has built these independent houses in Senguttuvan Nagar. The location is pretty convenient, Rudrappasamy School is literally a minute away, which is a huge relief for us. We also liked that it's a ready to move property, so no waiting around. The earthquake resistant structure and fire retardant features give us some peace of mind. My husband checked the sewage treatment plant and he seemed satisfied with that. The only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it feels like a good upgrade and a solid investment for our family.
