We are looking at a 3 BHK flat, considering the 1077 Sq.ft carpet size. The project is under construction by Sanskruti Develope, with completion expected by December 2027. They are offering good amenities like a swimming pool and a community hall. The 24x7 security is also important for us. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the construction dust can be a bit much at the moment, but that's expected with any under-construction site. We're hopeful that once it's finished, the area will be much cleaner and more pleasant for our children to grow up in.
