The 2 BHK flat has a carpet area of 652 Sq.ft, which is perfect for us. Being close to the Ajni Square Metro Station (1.05 KM) makes our daily commute to work much easier. We also appreciate the children's play area, even though we don't have kids yet, it's a good future prospect. The landscaping is nice, and the open parking is functional. The only slight issue is the noise from traffic on Wardha Road, but it's not too disruptive.
