We were looking for a ready to move villa and found Sanskriti Villas. The 3 BHK duplex is around 1600 sq.ft which felt spacious enough for us. Location in Sector 16B Noida Extension is decent, though traffic can be a bit much during peak hougetting to the expressway which is nearby. We liked the gated community aspect and the 24x7 security. The price was within our budget, around 60 Lakhs. Water supply seems consistent so far. It's a nice place to settle down.

I bought a villa in Sanskriti Villas primarily for its ready-to-move status and the configuration. The 3 BHK duplex units are quite spacious, between 1600 and 1720 sq.ft super built-up area, fitting the budget of 60 L to 64.5 L. The developer, Sanskriti Develope, seems to have focused on essential amenities like 24x7 Security, Storm Water Drains, and Landscaping. The gated community aspect provides a sense of safety. My only minor concern is that the SKS World School is quite close, nearby, which can mean increased traffic during school drop-off and pick-up times. The connectivity to the Hindon River area is also decent, around 15 minutes. Parking is closed car parking, which is good.

I purchased a villa in Sanskriti Villas for my family. The duplex configuration is good, and the area is around 1650 sq.ft. The price range of 60 L to 64.5 L was competitive. I appreciate the 24x7 Water Supply and the Gated Community features. It's a quiet area overall, though construction dust can be an issue sometimes in Noida Extension. The internal roads are well-made. We have closed car parking which is very useful. It feels secure with 24x7 CCTV Surveillance. A temple is also present within the complex which is a nice touch.

The proximity to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is very convenient, nearby. I was also impressed by the Piped Gas Connection and the Landscaping & Tree Planting. The price point, 64.5 Lakhs, was acceptable for the area and amenities. My only slight worry is the distance to the metro, Shaheed Sthal is almost nearby. However, the availability of loan facilities from banks like LIC Housing and Bandhan Bank made the purchase easier.

While it's ready to move, I haven't seen the OC received status. Internet/Wi-Fi is available which is important. Overall, a practical choice.
