This is my fit property purchase and I chose Sanskar Spah Residency. I am getting a 3 BHK apartment with a builtup area of 1962 Sq.ft. The price is 69.75 Lakh, which is in my budget. I liked that it is ready to move. The developer, Sanskar Infracon, has provided a children's play area and a gymnasium which are good for residents. It's located near PVR on Science City Road. The only minor issue is that the OC status is not available, which makes me a little nervous about legalities. But overall, the project looks promising.
