It was completed in December 2020, so it's relatively new. The best part is its proximity to St Francis High School, which is only nearby, making school runs much easier. We also liked the idea of water conservation and rain water harvesting systems in place. The 24X7 water supply is a relief. The only downside is that Pathardi Phata can get quite busy during peak hou, so commuting can be a bit challenging sometimes. Other than that, it's a good option for families.
