Ram Krishna Mission being right there is also a big plus for the quiet surroundings. BS Builde& Developeseem to have maintained the property well so far. The common areas are clean and the security is attentive. I haven't faced any major issues with the flat itself, everything functions as expected. It's a comfortable place to spend my retirement yeawithout any hassle. The connectivity to other parts of Kolkata is also decent.
