The price for these larger units goes up to 1.85 Crore, which was a significant investment but worth it for the location and size. It's ready to move in and has all the necessary amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. Sanmati Developealso included a Digambar Jain mandir on the premises, which is a unique feature. The area is developing, so I hope the infrastructure catches up.

The developer, Sanmati Develope, mentioned Vastu compliance and good open spaces, which my parents will appreciate. The budget was around 80 Lakhs for the unit we are considering. The only slight worry is the traffic on Sama Savli road during peak hou, but overall it seems like a good choice for their comfort.
