    We were looking for a ready to move flat in Bhosari and found Sanket S1 Prime. The 2 BHK carpet area is around 597 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. The price point is also reasonable, starting from 33 Lakhs for a 1 BHK. It’s close to NH 60, making commutes easier. However, the closed car parking is a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. We haven't received the OC yet, which is something the developer should provide soon. Overall, it’s a decent place for a young couple starting out.

It’s located in Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, close to essential places like Master Mind Global English Sr. Secondary School which is nearby. The carpet area for the 1 BHK is between 418 to 445 sq.ft, which is adequate for an elderly couple. The price range of 33 Lakhs to 44.99 Lakhs was within budget. The only drawback is the lack of OC availability which makes me slightly hesitant, but Sanket Developeassured us it's in process. The proximity to NH 60 is good for occasional visits.

While the proximity to NH 60 is good for travel, the traffic noise can be a bit much sometimes, especially during daytime. We also wished the OC status was clearly available. The carpet area for the 1 BHK is around 418 sq.ft.

One thing we noticed is the road leading to the project is a bit narrow and can get congested during peak houOther than that, the closed car parking is a useful amenity.
