The project offe2 BHK flats of 1040 sq.ft built-up and 3 BHKs of 1465 sq.ft built-up, with prices ranging from 74.34 Lakh to 1.05 Crore. It was completed in December 2020 and is ready for possession. The presence of a gymnasium, rainwater harvesting, and a fire fighting system are notable amenities. The proximity to Podar International School is a significant advantage for families. However, from a financial pepective, the absence of an Occupancy Certificate (OC) is a point of caution. The pricing is competitive for the area, but the lack of OC might impact future resale value or loan eligibility. Sanket Properties Pvt Ltd needs to address this promptly.

The price of 74.34 Lakh for a 2 BHK felt reasonable for a new buyer like me. Sanket Properties Pvt Ltd delivered the project by December 2020. The amenities like the jogging track and the gymnasium are good. I also liked the landscaping and tree planting. However, the approach road to the project is a bit narrow, which can be inconvenient sometimes, especially when receiving deliveries or for larger vehicles. Also, I haven't received the OC certificate yet, which is a bit concerning for a fit-time buyer. It’s a decent start though.

That was a huge factor for us with two young kids. The flat itself is a decent size, 1040 square feet built up, which feels spacious enough for our family. However, the traffic on the main road near the school can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something we are still getting used to. Parking is also a bit of a squeeze, especially on weekends when visitocome over. Overall, it’s a good location for families.
