Decided to buy a 2 BHK in Sankar Gopura for investment purposes. The pricing around 54 Lakh for a 780 square feet flat seemed reasonable given it's ready to move. Alandur is a developing area and MKN Road offedecent connectivity. The main thing for me was the builder, Sankar Builde, having a decent track record. I checked the amenities list and the presence of power backup and gymnasium is a plus. Rainwater harvesting is also good to see. My only concern is that the exact completion date isn't readily available, but since it's ready to move, that's less of an issue. I expect good rental yields here in the next few yea
